Drill Instruction

Drill Instruction Professional Development will be planned and provided for instructors. Instructors are encouraged to seek resources and develop this skill as Drill Instruction is a challenging and technical skill that can be difficult to master. The Training Officer and Standards Officer are excellent resources for assistance planning and conducting drill lessons. One-on-one training and group sessions can be provided at instructor request.

Below are two excerpts to assist with planning and conducting Drill Lessons. The first is directly from the Canadian forces Manual of Drill and Ceremonial - CF 201; the second is frm the Level 3 Instructor Guide Lesson on Drill Instructional Techniques.
