Who are the 287 Squadron Sponsoring Committee?
- The Committee is made up of parents/guardians of cadets who have volunteered to assist with running a variety of functions for the squadron.
What are their responsibilities?
- Raising funds for the squadron
- Assisting in finding and enrolling staff members
- Assisting in recruiting cadets
- Screening volunteers
- Participating in cadet promotion boards
- Serving as a liaison between parents and staff members
Parents who are unable to attend meetings are encouraged to contact a member of the SSC to see if there are other ways you can help. We need a large number of volunteers with different skills and talents to assist in various capacities!
